Seymour Comes to San Francisco

Seymour paid a visit to California this week, and spent the day hanging around the Bay Area. He wanted to start the day with a morning swim to shake the jet lag off from his flight from Hawaii but, alas, the Bay was still closed. He snuck down to the beach anyway, just to check it out.

Reinvigorated by his early morning stroll, he decided to head into San Francisco. He wanted to see the sights, so he decided to do a fly by of the Transamerica Pyramid. He was pretty hungry after that, so I offered to take him over to Chinatown to grab something to eat.

But once we got there, he kind of lost his appetite. So we decided to check out the Golden Gate Bridge instead, both from Crissy Field, and on the Marin County side.

Seymour was pretty pooped by then. All he wanted to do was to go home. What better way to end his California adventure than to hang out, sans suits, in a hot tub with his brand new friends.

He's still sleeping this morning, but he's taking off for his next adventure in Oregon later today. Have fun, Seymour, and thanks for stopping by!

Seymour goes to Hawai'i

Considering I fail at life and have no car, I had to take Seymour somewhere within the neighborhood. He eventually ended up in the hands of the lovely Natalie. And yes, our neighbors have a horse in their yard.

After viewing a Saguaro cactus, he decided it was time to move on. He will never forget his trip to Arizona.

He explored an Apollo test module.

Bright and early the next morning her traveled to Meteor Crater, the oldest and largest authenticated meteor crater in the world.

Later that night he enjoyed the campfire.
